A bookkeeper who handled condominium association accounts at Waterville Valley pleaded guilty Tuesday to wire fraud and other charges.
The plea ended a multi year review of the finances of Stone Property and 28 condominium associations in the valley.
Courtney Stone pleaded guilty to five counts of wire fraud and one count of impeding the administration of tax laws. A federal judge said Stone lied when she was in charge of the books for the associations during a period of three years.
