RANCHO MIRAGE — More than two months after a fight erupted during an HOA meeting at The Springs that sent one man to the hospital, that man has filed a lawsuit accusing the HOA and numerous others of violating his civil rights, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. Thomas Moore, 52, who was hospitalized after suffering a seizure and neck injuries during the incident is suing The Springs Community Association, the HOA, board members, several homeowners and the security company hired to provide security to the association, according to his March 15 lawsuit filed in Riverside County Superior Court.
