March 13th was the official date that all bills needed to be file by. Listed below are HOA bills filed with the legislature for 2015. Most are single-issue bills.However, SB1168 – West and its companion bill HB2797 – Villalba are omnibus bills covering many HOA issues including development period, amendment of declarations, board meetings, elections, enforcement, payment plans, and foreclosure. Both bills state this chapter does not apply to condominiums.
