Las Cruces – Residents of Santa Teresa Country Club are creating one master homeowners association so they can demand changes from property owner Greg Collins. Homeowners in the area would like for Dona Ana County to take over the area and recently met with Dona Ana County Commissioner David Garcia and State Sen.Joseph Cervantes.
