A resident in a West Bakersfield condominium complex is speaking out after getting fed up waiting over six months to get his roof fixed.  “I’ll wake up in the middle of the night with water dripping on my face,” James Harris said. The damage is visible from the moment you pull up to the condo. The first thing you see is where an awning used to be.
