A Contact 13 HOA Hall of Shame brought swift action by the state as a towing company was slapped with nearly 200 violations.  “I never dealt with an HOA in such a horrible manner before,” said Rio Radice.  Over a two-week period in late August, 84 cars were towed during a repaving project at Vistana condos on South Durango.

Rio’s boyfriend Manny Vargas, who was visiting her, was one of them, “My car was gone.”

Resident Delano Dejongh was another, “I think it’s crazy. It happened to a lot of people here, you know? I think they should get in trouble for this.”  Read more………
