Vestal Property Management paid five water bills for Heritage House in 2012, which seems to contradict the owner’s claim that he managed the condos in name only.Canceled checks released by the city show Vestal Property Management maintained a checking account just to pay bills for the Heritage House Homeowners Association.The management company lost its real estate license last year after investigators discovered $57,000 missing from trust accounts.The canceled checks shed new light on Vestal’s role in the financial situation at Heritage House, which the city condemned last month for not paying the water bill.
