Residents of a condominium complex in Orange County complained of mold presence in the building. News website wftv.com shared the details of it on its post dated March 04, 2014. Meanwhile, wanting to help anyone dealing with the same problem, AGC Environmental advised the implementation of an earlyFlorida air quality testing in order to avoid the worst things that it could bring.According to the report, the mold is a recurring problem in the complex. It said that based on the statement of a resident, it was sighted in the cracks of the ceiling, along with exposed wiring.However, instead of solving the problem permanently, it was said in the news post that the management chose to take a quick fix. As it detailed, they just bleached the affected surface and painted over it. And given the risks the fungus presents, it relayed that the response frustrated the residents.Besides the mold and exposed wiring, the report added that the tenants also complained of sky-rocketing electric bills. And as it added, the Orlando Utilities Commission and the management pointed to each as to who was to blame, making things worse for the residents.
