PHOENIX (KSAZ) -You’d think putting a fresh coat of paint on your house would win you some points in your neighborhood but not for one couple in Ahwatukee. They’re now in trouble with their HOA not for painting their house a different color but for re-painting their house the same color that had been approved by the board ten years ago.
This all started when an Ahwatukee couple got a letter from their HOA saying they needed to repaint their cinder block wall along the sidewalk.
