CBS12.com: Frustrated Family Faces Obstacles Just Getting Home

WELLINGTON, Fl. — You take for granted being able to come and go from your home as you please.  But for Sarit Levy and Sean Solender and their three children, it’s not that simple. The family moved into a rental home in the Olympia development, in Wellington, on November 1.  Just before Thanksgiving, the family’s gate transponders stopped working. After checking with the homeowners association, Levy said she learned property owner Nermine Hanna is not up to date on her HOA dues– and the family had not been approved to move in.  Read more:
