PORT CHARLOTTE, FL – A former Port Charlotte condo association manager has been charged with grand theft after investigators say she stole over $7,000 over a span of three years from Loveland Courtyard Condos. Sheila Jerrom, 72, used the condo association’s debit card for Busch Gardens tickets to writing personal checks for laptops to paying her own condo association dues, totaling $5,695. Investigators say in some cases, Jerrom would hold third party checks from deposits for months until she had enough money to divert what she needed to cover the condo dues stolen. Read more:
