GRETNA – A Metairie-based condominium association is suing the daughters of a deceased condo owner for non-payment of dues.Fountain Court Condominium Association Inc. filed suit against Elizabeth Keen Valenti and Deborah Keen Butler, in their capacity as the co-trustees of the revocable living trust of Catherine Skelding Keen, in the 24th Judicial District Court on July 17.
